BETH HA

Beth Ha is a Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist for Tulalip Health System
  • NameBeth Ha

Beth Ha, MA, LMHC-A. ATR-P

Beth believes that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. She provides a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a space where clients can safely explore life's challenges while building on their inherent strengths and resilience.

Beth works with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, neurodivergence, and other complex mental health concerns. She understands the importance of meeting each person with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

Her therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from person-centered therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, cognitive and behavioral therapies, mindfulness, and art therapy. She believes healing involves the whole person—mind, body, relationships, community, and lived experience—and tailors treatment to each client's unique goals and values.

As a trained Art Therapist, Beth incorporates creative expression when it supports the therapeutic process. Art can offer meaningful opportunities to process emotions, strengthen self-awareness, and access experiences that may be difficult to express through words alone.

Beth is honored to serve the Tulalip community and is committed to approaching her work with deep respect. She believes that healing is strengthened through relationships, community, and honoring each person's unique story.
