MEDICAL AND COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE

Family Practice:

• We offer a wide variety of primary care providers to suit your individual needs in giving you culturally competent care, Family Practice MDs, Family Nurse Practitioners, and an Osteopathic Physician.
  • Annual and sports physicals
  • Women's health exams
  • IUD and Nexplanon placement
  • Trigger point and joint injections
  • Wart removal and skin biopsies
  • Hepatitis C Curative Treatment through IHS ECHO Infectious Disease and GI Consultations.

NURSING

Preventative Care:

• Vaccines and immunizations
• Birth control counseling and maintenance
• Blood pressure screenings
• Weight check
• Health Education

Nursing Interventions:

• Wound care/dressing change
• Staple or suture removal
• Pregnancy test
• 1st prenatal visits

Prenatal Nursing Care:

• Intakes
• Education and patient support
• Case Management

Employee Health (Must be currently employed through Tulalip Tribes; services will be billed though the employee’s HMA insurance; no cost to the employee.):

• PPD skin test & read
• Employer-required immunizations and vaccinations
• Needle stick injuries

Eligibility Requirements:

Tribal verification (Tribal ID or Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood)
Address verification (PUD/water/cable/cell phone bill, copy of lease, or letter from an individual you are residing with)
Birth certificate
Social Security card
