Adult Mental Wellness (AMW) – Ages 18 and Over

Mission:

At Mental Wellness, we facilitate a healthier way of being by providing culturally sensitive therapeutic support and interactions.

Services Provided:

• Individual, Couple, Family, and Group Therapy: Our team offers personalized counseling sessions to address various mental health needs.
• Art Therapy: Engage in creative expression as part of your healing journey.
• Trauma-Focused Therapy (EMDR): Specialized treatment for trauma-related issues.
• Groups: Join our Love & Logic (parenting), Grief & Loss, Seeking Safety, and DBT groups.
• Domestic Violence Program: Support for those affected by domestic violence.
• Court Assessments and Evaluations: Comprehensive assessments for legal purposes.
• Transportation Services: Limited service area; refer to the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) page for transportation details.
• Referrals to Psychological Services Program: Access additional psychological support.
• Referrals to Psychiatric Services Program: Connect with psychiatric professionals.
• Referrals for Adults with Sexual Behavior Problems: Specialized assistance for this specific concern.

Eligibility Requirements:

We offer mental health services to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Ages 18 and over
• Must have health insurance
• Must meet at least one of the following criteria:
  • Any Tulalip employee with HMA insurance
  • Enrolled Tulalip or other federally recognized tribe
  • Spouse or partner of American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN)* (Please provide legal documentation or a written letter from eligible AI/AN.*)
  • A non-native adult acting in loco parentis for an eligible AI/AN* minor (Please provide legal documentation or a written letter from eligible AI/AN.*)
